At previous client but one we would regularly get wasps dropping out of the ceiling through the light fittings, even in winter.
Got the facilities people to have a look. Confirmed there was a nest up there but were informed it would cost too much to get the ceiling lifted, put up scaffolding etc to get it removed and was handed a can of bug spray instead"Being nice costs nothing and sometimes gets you extra bacon" - Pondlife.Comment
