Either is OK - marinade (verb) is an accepted alternative to marinate (verb), as well as being marinade (noun), that in which something is marinated (or marinaded).Originally posted by voodooflux View PostSalmon and prawns for tea - I have the prawns marinading (or is it marinating?) in a sauce I concocted from various things in the cupboard and fridge.
