      Evening folks
Where are we going? And what’s with this hand basket?

Had a pleasant 2 hour walk with the kids - although they were glad to get home I think.

Salmon and prawns for tea - I have the prawns marinading (or is it marinating?) in a sauce I concocted from various things in the cupboard and fridge. Should be "interesting" anyway...

Right, I'd better get those prawns on.

Either is OK - marinade (verb) is an accepted alternative to marinate (verb), as well as being marinade (noun), that in which something is marinated (or marinaded).

Just catching up on the second episode of Survivors on iPlayer - I forgot it was on on Tuesday.

It's OK, but all the boring bits where they sit around drinking coffee and saying "So what do you miss from before" and what-have-you could come out, or at least be pruned back considerably

Thought I might join in for a while before DS demands the laptop

I think I will have to get a new one so the kids can have my old one.
