Then I would say that it is either food eaten sometime around 8-9ish last night (I find food poisoning takes about 4 hrs to kick in) although you would also be unwell if it were the noodles.....or.....

the sickness bug that is going around (MrsBear and BB1 have had it this week) - we have found that it has an incubation period of about 3/4 days...
