The obvious thing to do is to gradually build up a collection of such downloads in XML, then
together a quick bit of XSLT that produces a report.
This of course only gives the number of PMs you've sent to him, but more detailed analysis of your posts referring to PMs combined with some reasonable heuristics should give a good approximation to your PM prolixity.
