Getting better slowly - I don't think I'll make it into work this week either (5 weeks off!), as I've got to be at the doctor on Tuesday anyway and I'm still not 100% by any means.

Looking down is the worst, but looking up isn't right either yet. Blood pressure is still up, so hopefully Tuesday is the end of the tests and I could actually get some treatment at last

It's any / all of:

1 - High blood pressure causing migraine related vertigo

2 - Viral infection affecting the balance in the inner ear

3 - Menniere's Disease

I'm thinking that it's a viral infection, but I have high blood pressure as well (mildly high, but higher than it should be). I've never had my blood pressure monitored regularly before, so I think that it's the infection at the same time as they happened to take the blood pressure reading.

Faq you really are going through it aren't you? I sincerely hope the quacks diagnose what it is and you can move forward.
