No, my bad - they have one padlock with a seal on the hasp plugged in to its base, one padlock with a seal on the hasp hanging loose, and one ordinary padlock. Nothing seems to have been tampered with

They've still left the place in a hideously messy state though - and I say this as somebody whose flat looks like it should be in that Life of Grime programme
