Via FTP - from that "currentGenomes" directory follow "Homo_sapiens" then in the "bigZips" directory there's an 800+MB file called "hg18.2bit" which contains the whole sequence in (as you might have guessed) 2 bit formatOriginally posted by El_Diablo View PostOooh linky please Nick.
