Eeyore was very glad to be able to stop thinking for a little, in order to say "How do you do" in a gloomy manner to Pooh.

Eeyore shook his head from side to side. "Not very how," he said. "I don't seem to felt at all how for a long time."
It looks to me as if there's some kind of session identifier in the URL which is presumably only valid for your session, hence the "403 Forbidden" response. Does the page containing the image have an explicit "Send" or "Share" link?
There was a similar problem with somebody posting an image link from that site the other day, although it started working after a while - I'll try again later.
