Without knowing exactly where bf works it is hard to compare them all.

I suggest full research into those routes with prices, complexity, chances of it going fubar, etcetc.

In that case I would order my preferences as :-

1. Drive to NE/Sid
2. Drive to West Malling - then get train - takes just over an hour
3. the route you suggested - takes 1 hour 20 minutes

the issue with coach is walking over Waterloo bridge - though it is cheap. I guess 1/2/3 are similar cost? But it depends on your preference of speed vs driving - 1 involves alot of driving, 3 is none.
