I've just discovered that one can still purchase Q-Max (or equivalent) chassis cutters, making of holes for valve bases, for the use of.

I shall require two, one 1 1/8" for B9A bases and one 1 1/2" for Octal valve bases.

Maybe I should get the one for B7G as well while I'm at it.
