Use Jobstats to determine rate & demand.

Decide what you like the look of.

Then look at the cost of training courses.

Unless it is something you can train yourself in.

I'm tempted by an IOM thing, but I'd spend all my time worrying about the day I left the scheme being stung with a huge tax bill.

Most of the PMs I work with are people doing just that.

Muggins here has 10+ project management experience, a string of PM qualifications and over £12,000 invested in PM training and I'm on the ******* bench.

Go figure.
