I do 80 miles each way 4 days per week. 1 3/4 hours each way. Been doing it for 15 months and just bearable becuase the gig is great, the cash is good and they are 'flexible' about working hours. Every now and again I do a month on the train to break the monotony.

I was doing 50 miles each way 4 or 5 days a week, anything from 1 to 2 hours each way depending on the traffic. Did it for Nearly 2 years and by the end I'd had enough. Now doing less than 20 miles each way and it's great.
