Afternoon
Sunnyish here today and will be firing up the bbq in a bit. Steak will not be boiled in the bag beforehand due to the butcher cutting it unevenly.
Was supposed to make pea and ham soup but owing to being distracted at the butchers by a big feck orf rib of beef I didn't pay attention to the fact the ham was neither cured nor smoked. Ham has now been salted and will be smoked if the rain holds off later in the week.Comment
