It's about 15% (I never bothered checking because of nanny statism of cleaning agents) but it was enough to make my hands wrinkly. I had splashed some on my arm and that stung after a while which first alerted me to its strength. I've got quite "callously" fingers though. Client Co. have a canteen that opens early and does very nice bacon rolls using decent think cut smoked bacon.
