Can't check in - option greyed out. I think it has to be < 24 hours before the flight. But it says they have self service booths at the airport. I need to find a suitable "cabin bag" before tomorrow.
Do I need to print anything out to take to the airport? I usually just throw my passport at them and say "I've got a flight leaving sometime..."

Am contemplating getting a taxi to the airport rather than faffing with buses and trains.

I asked once with United, if there was any chance of an upgrade.

Check-in person: What are you using? (ie. mileage, voucher etc.)
                Me: Charm and a smile?
Check-in person: Honey, it's going to take more than that.

Needless to say, I didn't get my upgrade.
