Make sure everything you use is sterilised and *clean*. Everything else is pretty much optional but not keeping everything spotless will ruin your beer every time.Originally posted by norrahe View PostMorning Dearie

They're not that expensive, great if you buy large packs of stuff and also for freezing meat. not to mention it speeds up the process of curing, so only requires a couple of days instead of a week.Originally posted by DaveB View PostWant one of those too
