All my motivation has gone. Worse still I don't even want to exercise. I think I overdid it yesterday.
Maybe later Dallas will be along to tell me how much training she is doing and inspire me to get off my fat behind.Comment

yesterday: am: 10k erg, afternoon - 3k swim, pm 1 hour plyometrics (ie jumpy about stuff)
