I am doing sink downs to cure this.

The odd thing is that lack of oxygen is not the initial cause of panic. That is too much co2. As long as you keep breathing out its fine for a minute or more.

Oh yes! Swimming.

At least elder son is doing well at swimming club. Next week daughter has a trial for same swim club. No extra burden as he already has to be dropped off and picked up. Well - I suppose its an extra £30/month I can ill afford.
