The odd thing is that lack of oxygen is not the initial cause of panic. That is too much co2. As long as you keep breathing out its fine for a minute or more. -

Oh yes! Swimming.
At least elder son is doing well at swimming club. Next week daughter has a trial for same swim club. No extra burden as he already has to be dropped off and picked up. Well - I suppose its an extra £30/month I can ill afford.Comment
