I've fired an email off to previous company suggesting that we can talk about the situation. I've seen the role advertised and the day rate is higher than I am currently on. There could be a chance that I could go direct and get a higher rate.
Still unsure about IR35 implications about returning to a previous employerComment

You might lose a bit (and I wouldn't be too sure about that) but with a higher day rate you could afford it? Plus you can still claim some expenses even if IR35 caught.Originally posted by FiveTimes View PostI've fired an email off to previous company suggesting that we can talk about the situation.
