Sadly not. They are very successful, but no-one wants to take any responsibility.

I sent my comments last week and missed off the flowchart attachment of what I think the logic should be. It took them 6 days to reply and point out that there was nothing attached.

18 days of billing left, and I don't know what the requirements are. I know my list of deliverables, but don't know the detail of how they need to work.
