I then put furniture back to where it would look best and start cleaning up, conscious of the time

bosh all done and furniture in place and I was dripping.

Crisis averted and a good day.

I looked a the clock and it was 8.15, quick shower and I was too tired for tea.

2 bottle of stella and a glass of wine consumed and I was in bed just before 10.
