Someone showed me the "A level" course for Electronics.
Dumbed down isn't the word for it.

I reckon that students learn a fixed percentage of what they're taught, maybe 60%. If you dumb it down they're not going to suddenly learn 100% of the course, they'll just learn 60% of a crap course. So teach them the hard course and the 60% they learn might actually be useful.Originally posted by zeitghost View PostSomeone showed me the "A level" course for Electronics.

Had an email last night (10pm, after I had logged on) from agent telling me he would ring at 9 to discuss a role, as he was in meetings 915-2pm.
9am comes and goes - no call.
1150 - call from agent when I was on the phone.
1215 - call again from agent. He will send the spec over and when was a good time to call back. I suggested 3pm. He said "OK, I'll ring between 3 and 3.30 then".
Still waiting for the call, and I have no number to ring him on.Comment
