I use Pebblebee for a similar purpose. They're Android compatible but still connect up to the wider 'Find My' network that Apple and Google (and, I suppose, others) have kindly agreed to collaborate / co-operate on.

Suitcase has been emptied. Laundry has commenced. I am pleased only one top out of all that I packed went unworn.

Lunch: Scotch broth with a crust of wholemeal

Drizzly rain on and off for much of the morning, though there seems to be a hiatus right now. But according to the meteorologists, it'll get worse before it gets better

There was some rain and, as forecast, the clouds have parted and it's sunny afternoon with some lumps of fluff scurrying about.

The first load of laundry was done and draped about and now the second load is nearing completion.

That's me done for the week!

I was going to knock off at 3 but the developer community hour, which has been defunct for a few months, has been revived. As that's just a sitting-around-chatting thing, I carried on until that was over

            Tea tonight was spag bol

This was accompanied by the next episode of C4's Manhunt, dealing with another murder. And then, as I never got around to watching much of it (mainly because it vanished from Amazon Prime IIRC) when it experienced a resurgence of popularity on TPD a few years ago, I watched the pilot episode of Hill Street Blues, and vaguely plan to watch more of it as and when I remember

                I'd better keep going then…

Tonight's reading has been more of the Colditz book. It's late 1944, and things are getting tense as the Wehrmacht comes under the control of loyal Nazis after the Stauffenberg plot and increasing numbers of Prominente arrive at the castle, clearly intended for use as hostages

Friday tomorrow! If the lift is still working then I can finally get some stuff out of here. Either way, I need to go shopping, so that'll be something to do in the storm

                Goodnight all

Blue skies here. I can see them from inside my lawnmower shed.
Summerhouse roof remained intact, a minor leek at the french doors in the lounge, and the wind has blown through.

                  TFIF, etc.
…Maybe we ain’t that young anymore

                    Morning denizens

Fairly sunny start, though with some thin high cloud to keep things under control. It's a balmy 7°C and expected to soar to 10° but as expected with a storm passing through, the barometers have plummeted: 974/982mB. And it's very windy out, judging by the activities of the normally rather sedate trees hereabouts

                      Morning all

Wet and breezy. Currently 11 degrees ('feels like' 8) and that's the high for the day. Rain forecast off and on all day. Barometer down to 990 mBar.

                      Sunrise 07:51; Sunset 16:38

At clientCo office today. I suspect Big Jet TV will have his van parked out there somewhere in the hope of some wobbly take offs or landings. It's not too bad out there at the moment.
