More stuff from the solicitor. It seems as if we're getting close to exchange of contracts, assuming the few outstanding queries are satisfactorily answered. As they're just things like confirmation that the money isn't being sent offshore to the Russian mafia and that the seller is who they say they are, I don't suppose they'll take long. Exciting times!Comment

Tomorrow's chariot was delivered shortly after 6pm (the delivery slot being 5-6pm and it was only coming from Park Royal).
HWMBO made guinea fowl, bacon enhanced sprouts and olive oil enhanced crushed potatoes. Washed down with a 2017 Joseph Drouhin Aloxe-Corton that I found in the rack.
