Been a while since I had a Sunday roast, especially on a Sunday, but I managed it today: roast lamb with the usual trimmings
And I noticed in Sainsbury's on Thursday that whole shoulders are back. This was a half-shoulder I got the week before, but I recently discovered a load of already-roasted lamb leftovers at the back of the freezer, so I reckon I can get both Scotch broth and scouse out of the whole lot of it
