It crashes when in timeshift mode and (I think) disk space is running low. I need to delete the hours of stuff I'm either clearly never going to watch, have already watched but not deleted, or have ended up buying on DVD

You got kids... they record all sorts of rubbish and never watch.

I just go round deleting happily
