Afternoon tea (in lieu of lunch) has been fois gras terrine from Sketch with toasted brioche and orange jam (as supplied) with a venison sausage roll from M Restaurants. Washed down with a glass of Sauternes. Dessert will be a snickers inspired moussse from M Restaurants.

HWMBO is on stage 1 of 3 in preparing chips for dinner. They are just drying off after the boiling stage.
