Walk walked in the glorious sunshine under a blue sky with white fluffy clouds and two chem trails.
Lunch: Heinz baked beans on Morrisons wholemeal sunflower and spelt toast, blackcurrant jam sandwich on same (though from this week's loaf), stewed pears (sans custard) and 0.91 pints of good Glengettie tea.
BT sport coverage of MotoGP is totally ruined by that pair of yattering twunts they have for commentators. they NEVER shut up! they just rabbit incessant unfunny batcrap all through the races.

Fed up with cooking Sunday dinners which I've done week in week out for half a century so I'm having fish again tomorrow.
Dunno if it'll be kedgeree or sommat else.
I suspect it may turn out to be a very fishy week.
great minds think alike I had Kedgeree this morning with sweet peppers + spring onions. 2 of my 5 a day + fish.
