      Walk walked in the sunshine.

      Very pleasant.

      Lunch: poached tomato and scrambled egg on Morrisons sunflower and pumpkin seed toast (thickest crust in the known universe), bramble jelly on same, red corner yog, 0.91 pints of good Glengettie tea.

          Temp up to 24C now, I've just filled a demijohn with yesterday's pressing. It's bubbling away quite vigorously for one so young. Oh, and yes, it's full on scrumpy - no campden, no added yeast, no added anything.
          The hydrometer gave a Brix of 13.6, which I'm happy with (that would be 7.3% ABV)
