Entertainment (continued): Oak Island nutjobs: Doctor Spooner has arrived, a geotech chap.
The swamp is apparently 3 to 400 years old. ?manmade?
Well there's a thing.
"Circular feature" in the vegetation of the swamp.
Gary is in the swamp. He's found iron.
It's in "The Eye of the Swamp".
And a quick mention of FDR who spent some time on Oak Island in the 1920s.
Now they're gonna drain the swamp.
Dig boxes. 16 foot cages.
Now they're off to have those swages examined at the university.
The swages don't have manganese, so pre 1840.
And off we go to Smith's cove: what drilling happens this year?
Looking to locate the flood tunnels in the "upper beach" area.
At 90 feet they've found wet clay with little stones.
At 95 feet they've found signs of dynamite.
And "Coming next week" they find more.Last edited by DoctorStrangelove; 20 September 2020, 20:57.When the fun stops, STOP.Comment

IIRC.
Didn't Clive James do a prog about the 'Ghan?
If you're into zits, Dr Pimplepopper is currently popping zits on Really.
First one was a great big feck off lipoma.
Next one is a "lipoma" that isn't: she drained 17 syringes* of gunk out of it.
Apparentlly you can't drain a lipoma because it's just fat.
It's quite a contrast to that "Skin" prog from BBC3 where the chap was given a GA for lump on his forehead that Dr Pimplepopper would have done under local.
*Ended up with 33 syringes full of yellow gunk.
Next: a woman with 5 lumps on her head.
Pilar cysts. Pop de pop pop pop pop.
Now a lady with a lump on her forehead, much bigger than the British chap had.
Lipoma.
The chap has a lymph angioma.Last edited by DoctorStrangelove; 20 September 2020, 21:58.When the fun stops, STOP.Comment
