Up at 25° outside, according to the weather app; 26.5° in here according to the thermometer. All windows and internal doors are open, which is allowing a bit of a draught through the place

Lunch: poached tomato and scrambled egg on Morrisons wholemeal sunflower and spelt toast (non crust), red corner yog, blackcurrant jam sandwich on same, 0.91 pints of good Glengettie tea.
