Usual Breakfast

Lunch - Chicken Kiev

Weather - awful, but at least it was the sunniest April on record

Duller than yesterday, higher chance of rain by the look of it but at least I can open my blind and get a bit of natural light in without being blinded by the sun. The joys of a south-facing window!

Breakfast was bacon on buttered toast with HP sauce, accompanied by a mug of Typhoo's finest.

Lovely drop of rain, dunno what you lot are complaining about.

So far this morning, dozing along to:

"Doremi Fasol Latido" (though I didn't play the extras on the cd).

This last being wonderfully muddy in parts, suits the weather.

SpO2: 98%, HR: 58.

Can't beat a good doze for reducing stress.

In other news I wondered if I can still do pressups.
