And now, as if the day couldn't get any better, I've got two meetings discussing the practical requirements of B*****, how long & how much to implement them.
Laundry of the day: a couple of my lighter dressing gowns, as the fleece-lined one with the hood that serves me so well in winter is going to be too warm soon
Lunch: poached tomato and scrambled egg on the last of the Morrisons wholemeal sunflower seed & spelt toast, bramble jelly sandwich (ditto, the last of the last), yogurt, 0.91 pints of good Glengettie tea.
Trip down to Morrisons accomplished.
Afternoon trips avoid the queue but lots of stuff is sold out, such as the broccoli that I wanted, and the pile cream.
I think I've got a dressing gown somewhere, but have't worn it in decades, not my thing, I'm either in bed or dressed.
There's a chap up a tree a bit further down the road.
He's taking it down with a chainsaw.
A lot slower than I would.
