Very good film. As expected from anything Danny Boyle is involved in.

weather - frost on car windscreens this morning -1, now a roasting 7 degrees, blue sky, sunny, no wind

breakfast - bran flakes / cheerios mix, oj, bacon and egg on white sliced, me Red Sauce, MrsAG Mayonaisse

lunch - pasta carbonara
