Lunch: beans on Morrisons wholemeal sunflower and spelt toast, 0.91 pints of good Glengettie tea, Muller fruit corner yogurt thing.
Blue skies, sunny, and cold out.
Now walking up & down stairs every hour or so to keep the circulation going.When the fun stops, STOP.Comment

Cats don't like being sick on hard surfaces. They prefer soft surfaces. Less splash back.
Took me 5 minutes of scrubbing to clean it up.
