Been feeling rather odder than usual this morning which wasn't helped when the ATM swallowed my debit card.

It swallowed it because it was out of date & I'd forgotten () to take it out of the wallet.

The replacement card was pressed into use instead.

Which was good since I was down to my last £20 note.

    And yes, I use cash.

Thereafter on the plod homewards, I spied Ye Giante Ratte of Neathe bounding gracefully across what used to be a road but is now a pedestrian brick paved pavement.

Said Ratte of Greate Dimensions came from the sheltered housing and disappeared into the greenery on the other side.

It was a Very Impressive Ratte it must be said.

Since the weather seemed reasonable I thencely made my way up to Ye Viewless Pointe.

I attempted to traverse what used to be a path back in the day before they chopped all the trees down, but only got halfway up before it became inpenetrable.

Coming back down was even more inneresting.

Lunch was baked beans on Morrisons pumpkin seed toast.

It was nice enough as is the 1.05 pints of Goode Glengettie Tea.
    When the fun stops, STOP.

So do I. For everything for the dark web. i.e. the fun stuff.

The boring stuff is by card.

I do keep a few coins in the car to pay for parking. The sooner parking meters all use cards the better.

Sweet potato and coriander soup from the canteen for lunch. Tried to pep it up with some chilli flakes but it's still a bit disappointing.

You should try Crosse & Blackwell's carrot and quinoa.

That's so disappointing that nothing I did to it made it any better.

              A lesson learned.
