Walk round the Orme done. I wore waterproof trousers. The kids got wet. But they seemed to enjoy it.
Cocoa House for lunch.
A friend runs a local charity so we went to their summer fair. It was a rail of school clothes. A tombola. A raffle. An area for children to draw. A sweet stall. And an area of medieval knights. So we spent a few quid and were out in 15 minutes.
Still the knights had dressing up clothes. And a dog. So everyone happy.Comment

Lunch, today, comprised a Ginsters Cornish pasty plus Heinz baked beans on Morrisons seeded toast (pumpkin seed free).
Had a nice doze after lunch while listening to DSOTM.
I feel a bit better now, was feeling even weirder than usual earlier on.
Still windy here, but the sun's come out once or twice. When the fun stops, STOP.Comment

To be clear, it's the one with the ivy growing up it.
That was in 2017, I'll warrant it's a bit worse by now.Comment

Tea/dinner this evening was chili con carne which wasn't the stuff I made most recently but some of the previous batch which I'd hidden under something else.
It was very nice.
Followed by stewed blackberries and custard.
Which was even nicer.
This evening's first feature may turn out to be "The Art of War (2000)" with Wesley Snipes.

They’ve put stationery on the shelf next to the till queue in Sainsbury’s Local and it took all my willpower not to slip notepads, highlighters, and a Helix Oxford set of mathematical instruments into my basketComment
