A brisk stroll, if there is such a thing

Not to mention dance?

I rather enjoyed it.
The bad news, should you care to know, is that the first one is Poseidon, the 2nd one is Hades, and the 3rd one will be Zeus.
What struck me the most was the 1:30 at the start where they listed the various companies involved, and the bit at the end where they listed the producers, executive producers, co-executive producers, line producers, it was almost endless.
This is, usually, A Very Bad Sign.
But, as far as I'm concerned, it was ok.

I think I'll wait for the charity emporium option.

I'll still watch the third one, probably
Tonight's first feature was Unforgiven (1992), a Western in which Clint Eastwood and Morgan Freeman play a couple of retired outlaws doing the One Last Job thing. Pretty good, I thought
And after that: Snowpiercer (2013), which is a very weird dystopian thing in which the world has been frozen to death by a misguided attempt to reverse global warming, and we join the company as the remnants of humanity have been circling the globe for seventeen years on a super train that takes one year to follow the rough outlines of the continents, and on which a strict caste system is leading to a violent revolution. All very strange, but despite the whole WTF nature of the premise, I thought it worked quite well

Morning all if all there be.
A reasonable night's sleep.
It's time I did the sheets coz the top one now has two large holes in it.
See, I said it was windy.
It's sunny with high cloud this morning and the living room temperature is a mere 22.2 deg which is quite pleasant.
In a couple of months, when it's down to 17 again, it'll be 2 jumper time once more.Last edited by DoctorStrangelove; 28 July 2019, 08:43.When the fun stops, STOP.Comment

The beef it is aroasting.
The vaccing, such as it was, has vacced.
The Archers seems to be turning even more into Eastenders.
The clown responsible for this was on the wireless yesterday.
I turned him off.
Unfortunately not with extreme prejudice. When the fun stops, STOP.Comment
