Effectively today is Friday for me. Sort of. Its the company away day tomorrow. We go to some hotel in a God forsaken part of the country(Surrey). Get talked to. Get lunch. Then have to play stupid games.
2 years ago was Zorb football. Last year was its a knockout. This year its the Crystal Maze. Probably more cerebral as last year there were several injuries.
Last year I made the mistake of staying over. This year I will leave as early as I can and head to the land of the sheep eaters.
Friday I have a doctor appointment and I will work as little as I can.Comment

Morning denizens
It was supposed to be an overcast start today when I checked the forecast last night, but instead it's sunny

Morning all, if all there be.
Grey.
Very Novembery.
Not sunny.

In the absence of the Jeremy Kyle show I've been watching the Smithsonian Channel docu on The MOL that I watched a bit of last evening.
Watching this stuff it make one proud to be a subject of the only country on the planet that achieved its own launcher, launched one satellite, then gave up.

Mrs CB is at the hospital for an Evoked Potentials test later.
Tooth update: it doesn't hurt when I brush it any more, and I can open my jaw wider than before. Even better, my jaw isn't massively swollen. Perhaps it just needed to get used to having a load of rubber and cement thrust down inside the root canals.Comment

Didn't sleep especially well last night - went to bed with a headache which didn't help.
Feeling rather tired and low this morning. Trying to search for a new contract during one of the quietest parts of the year isn't helping.Comment
