In better news, now I've wiped the lead off the kitchen prep area, the bol is on the stove gently simmering.

I've just discovered the spag is "whole wheat" which explains why it's an odd All Bran sort of colour.

Feck me, my eyes must be going.

I quite like wholewheat spaghetti

But I go through phases of it. In a year or so I'll probably dislike it again and prefer normal spaghetti.

Which proved to be suitably amusing a mere 51 years since I saw it in the cinema.

Thought I'd seen "3 days to kill" with Kevin Costner but I haven't & it's half way through so I'll give it a miss.
