Lunch/lunch was scrambled egg with poached tomato (just before it went furry) on Morrisons thick cut seeded toast with a smidgeon of pork pie (Morrisons, reduced) spiced up with a bit of sweet chili sauce and followed by 1.05 pints of good Glengettie tea.
