Or not, having read the wiki.
Much worse ways to go.
Morning.
Dry.
Cold, very.
Just noticed that the north side of the compost heap appears to have some crystalline ice on it, which may or may not have been snow at some time overnight.
Grey.
Now, having had breakfast, arranging the house so the plumber can service the gas fire I don't use and the central heating boiler that doesn't get used that much.
Unlike the one next door which appears to be on permanently.
Glad I don't pay their gas bill.
The Nephew was home earlier, must, I assume, have a day off.
I was sure I'd watched "Zack and Miri make a Porno (2008)" but it appears I haven't.

Unless someone else knows better than my SuperStrangeloveSearch function (which probably isn't difficult).
I've probably conflated it with "The Porn Tape"* which I have watched.
*which isn't its title apparently, it being about a married couple who make a porn tape in a desperate attempt to spice up their love life after the kids arrive.
Indeed it is entitled "Sex Tape (2014)".

Glad we've sorted that out, I watched it back last August.
No sign of the plumber yet, as the clock ticks towards 11 a.m.
And so saying, he appears.Last edited by DoctorStrangelove; 3 April 2019, 09:51.When the fun stops, STOP.Comment

It's trying to rain out in a rather half-hearted way. Good for the trees, I suppose; their leaves are coming along nicelyComment

X8 home jiggety jig.
After I get off it, it goes ever onwards to sunny Banwen.
Tea/dinner this evening is the remains of the roast lamb with carrots & onions.
How good or indifferent it is will be communicated shortly.
<brief interstitial hiatus>
It was very nice, though I did put rather too much chili in it.
Phew wot a scorcher.
Dunno what this evening's entertainment will be since I have to put stuff back together after turfing all that stuff out of the airing cupboard.
I'd forgotten it had two crt monitors in there.
<pause>
As it transpires this evening's epic is "Triple Cross (1966)" with Christopher Plummer, Gert Frobe, Yul Brynner, Trevor Howard.

Being the story of Eddie Chapman.

'Twas ok in its way.
Agent Zigzag.
Certainly more entertaining than Turner was.
Which ain't saying much.Last edited by DoctorStrangelove; 3 April 2019, 21:46.When the fun stops, STOP.Comment
