Tonight's TV started with this 1975 World In Action fly-on-the-wall documentary about the Saturday night shift at a small Liverpool hospital's A&E department: The Blood and Guts Shift. It's astonishing how primitive the facilities and, frankly, much of the care and medical practices are. N.B. This counts as watching telly, as when someone tweeted it earlier I saved it to a watchlist, then watched it on the big TV via the YouTube app. Watching stuff on YouTube on the computer doesn't really count in my book. YMMV.
And after that, one more episode of The Americans.
And then I watched the Chinese restaurant episode of Seinfeld. I'm not one of those who thinks Seinfeld is the best thing ever, but it's entertaining enough, and it's free with Amazon Prime so I thought it'd make a change
I'm due at the hospital for the cardiac rehab assessment first thing tomorrow, so when they ask about diet I want to be able to list a bunch of healthy stuff from today as if it's normal
