Today's post, now I've got around to going downstairs and getting it, has brought my follow up appointment with the surgeon: January 25th, two weeks this Thursday

That's the day when, assuming all is well, I should be given the OK to drive again

And work, but the less said about that idea, the better

Off to the GP again in the morning, for a review of the results of the blood tests from last Thursday. I'm confidently expecting that either the results won't have come back yet, or the tests were the wrong ones, or possibly both
