Very lazy dinner tonight: the rest of Monday's roast pork, reheated, with oven chips and beans
It's still mega windy out and there's been rain as well
Whilst eating I was watching a documentary about drugs in Bristol on iPlayer. I was pleased to find that I recognised virtually every street featured in the vicinity of "Crack Alley" as being somewhere I wandered along most weeknights when I was contracting at the radio station down there twelve years ago

No, sadly it was a very boring time I spent in Bristol: get up, go to radio station, work late (mainly writing XSLT) so I could leave early on Friday, go to a pub and eat, go back to hotel and watch telly for a bit, go to another pub and read the paper, go back to hotel and sleep. Repeat until Friday lunchtime, then get stuck in a traffic jam on the M5 somewhere
Are the oil workers off their face like they were when I flew to Singapore?
No just trying to be clever. So they headed to a hotel to get up a 5am and catch the 6am flight to Amsterdam, I’m off to find my hotel and then have a leisurely breakfast before my 10am flight.
Still cloudy, with the roads left wet by overnight rain. But on the bright side, it's Thursday, yesterday I finished a really annoying thing I've been working on, and today we're starting to clean up some of the more horrendous technical debt left behind from the earliest days of the project, before I started, when terrible mistakes were made that have been a burden ever since
Cold out. Dropped to 5 degrees from 14 yesterday evening. And I forgot to set my alarm so had to dash out of the house grabbing a thin coat suitable for 14 degree weather..
