Ah.
The R4 appeal just got turned off.
Do I look like a fecking socialist?
The ZeitTea comprised some Morrisons' liver (reduced) and bacon (reduced) which had festered in the fridge for a week before being portioned up & frozen.
Despite my misgivings it was ok.
The liver would have been nicer if it had been sliced thinner like the Tesco liver.
Oh, how tedious.
It's John Shuttleworth again.
I was hoping it was Ladies talking about cars.
I like Ladies talking about cars.Comment

The Neighbourhood Watch meeting, as so often, ended up with a good amount of time spent on stuff that has very little to do with law and order. Well, I'm assuming that the frequency with which the council empty the bin outside Iceland isn't yet a matter of concern for the judiciary
According to the local copper, we're in the lucky situation that most of the recent crime in the area is, as it tends to, staying out of our little enclave and over towards the areas of terraces that used to be student houses until the council allowed loads of huge purpose-built student accommodation blocks to be built.
He now has a Taser™ among the vast array of equipment mounted on his chest and waist, with the word Taser™ clearly displayed on its pouch. He asked us what we, a roomful of middle-aged to elderly people, thought of it, and we all reckoned it was OK. He said that he gets some people complaining to him that it's intimidating
I suspect they're the same people that complain bitterly when he actively takes an interest in their activities and who therefore rightly suspect they may one day find themselves on the wrong end of it, though he didn't explicitly say soComment
