When the fire alarm went off at the Girton PI one time, not only did they refund everybody without being asked, they gave everyone a free breakfast too. I pointed out that, when it happened, I'd only just got back from the pub and was wide awake, and not really inconvenienced in the slightest; but the manager insistedComment
