First gooseberry of the year consumed, tonight Miss Vs & I are having gooseberry fool.

Blackcurrants ripe, not sure what to do with them yet but Mini V seems to be helping cull them.

My gooseberries and raspberries are ripe, but the blackcurrants certainly aren't.

They are sweet and Miss V's nice white school polo shirt is now partially blue/black, Mrs V is not happy.

Gala Apples are a bit bigger than cherries and the Keelies are currant size. I see cider in my future.

It's on this forum somewhere anyway as AtW accused me of murder.

No, just a case of wringing the neck.

Wednesday, so petrol station lunch for me and the car. I got some M&S oatmeal rolls and added some BBQ chicken bits along with their new crackling crisps

Surely there's a time and place to do that, you sick puppy.

I was rudely awakened from my lunchtime slumber by a gaggle of students working on their projects.

Which need to be done by Friday.

Also I was thinking of going to B&Q in Landore this evening.

The "Take That" concert in the stadium next door has disabused me of this notion.

                    I'd forgotten this nutjob:
